Notes
- Minimum booking: 2 persons
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the operator.
- Activities are subject to weather conditions.
- Hotel transfer available from Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Ubud areas.
- Additional charge may apply for remote pickup locations.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour or activity.
- Guests must comply with local regulations and safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, or activity operators.
Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before or on the day of the tour/activity, as advised during confirmation.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or other available payment methods.
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before the activity date: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made 5 days before the activity date: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made 3 days before the activity date: 75% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours before the activity date or No Show: 100% cancellation fee.
- Any refund related to cancellation will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- No refund will be given for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
- In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure circumstances, the activity may be rescheduled subject to availability without additional charges.
- Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and should be requested at least 48 hours before the activity date.
