Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 7 days or more before the activity date: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made 5 days before the activity date: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation made 3 days before the activity date: 75% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation made within 48 hours before the activity date or No Show: 100% cancellation fee.
• Any refund related to cancellation will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  
• No refund will be given for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
• In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure circumstances, the activity may be rescheduled subject to availability without additional charges.
• Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and should be requested at least 48 hours before the activity date.
